Kirsten’s signature Maternity Comeback Coaching Program delivers proven results, helping women return to work feeling confident, supported, and empowered.
After 12 years (and counting) in the corporate world and 3 maternity leaves, I trained as a coach to support mothers returning to work. Juggling new motherhood alongside professional expectations opened my eyes to a gap that desperately needed filling. Having experienced firsthand how challenging and isolating this transition can feel, I’m passionate about helping women feel seen, confident, and empowered as they step back into their careers.
