Kirsten’s signature Maternity Comeback Coaching Programme delivers proven results, helping women return to work feeling confident, supported, and empowered.
After 12 years (and counting) in the corporate world and 3 maternity leaves, I trained as a coach to support mothers returning to work. Juggling new motherhood alongside professional expectations opened my eyes to a gap that desperately needed filling. Having experienced firsthand how challenging and isolating this transition can feel, I’m passionate about helping women feel seen, confident, and empowered as they step back into their careers.

Corporate Services
I provide exclusive 1-to-1 coaching for maternity returners, delivered in a confidential and structured setting designed to support meaningful behavioural and mindset change to empower the individual.

Engagements are typically offered in packages of x6 or x12 60 minute sessions per client, aligning with the signature Maternity Comeback Coaching Progamme.

Alternatively, companies may opt for a retainer-based arrangement, enabling flexible access to coaching sessions as required.

Additional offerings include group workshop facilitation and group coaching.
Bespoke offers can be provided after consultation call with your company to understand your requirements.
